THE FOOD TRUCK
The Soomsoom Pita Pockets truck is a 25 foot long 2001 Ford Econo Box Truck with 278,000 miles. Engine and transmission have been rebuilt. The truck and catering business, based in Durham, North Carolina, is permitted by Durham County Health Department.
Equipment includes 24” flat top, 24” grill , 6 burner range with oven, convection oven, sandwich prep station , Clover POS, small wares, reach in cooler, reach in freezer, triple sink and on-demand hot water.
